In this sacred spiral of healing and transformation, I will serve as your guide, mentor, and mirror. Through a unique blend of tools, intuitive insights, and a safe, nurturing environment, I will support you on your journey toward deep healing and knowing who you are at your core, leading you back to your true self.
SO WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE?
First and foremost, you will feel how compassionate and loving the space is, which will allow you to relax and feel safe. And in that space, you will find that I am really just a vessel for Grace to work through. Sure, you will see that I have tools (LOTS of them!) and I use those tools in our sessions, however, you will start to remember your own inner wisdom.
Any trauma that arises, which may be yours from this lifetime, passed down from your parents or from the collective, we will navigate together in a way that allows you to dip into it without being overwhelmed by it.
You will start to see and experience things from perspectives outside of the ones you have access to on your own. This will allow you to expand in your capacity to be with what you are navigating, elevating you in your life.
You can think of me as your Alignment Mentor if you will!

My son recently asked me what I think I’m best at, and without a doubt, it is this... supporting people in their healing. Because anything we come up against in life is an opportunity to look and see what it is pointing to within us. And that is one of my gifts, helping people get there.
I do this by supporting my clients in exploring the recurring themes, patterns, and challenges they experience in their lives. By looking at the conditioning and programming they have taken on, I help them get back to what is most aligned and true.
